Communication Papers is an open access journal, ensuring that all content is accessible to users and their institutions without any fees. Users have the freedom to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or utilize them for any other lawful purpose, without needing prior permission from the publisher. Communication Papers has no APC's, page charges, or submission charges. Communication Papers does not charge authors or their institutions for publishing their work and do not solicit or accept payment for contributions.
