Health Communication Studies: more important than ever in the information age

Abstract

Review of the book "Why health communication is important? Advances and research". The volume includes studies on health communication by Spanish, Mexican, Brazilian, Chilean or Argentine authors. The articles are divided into four thematic sections, according to their focus of attention. The ultimate goal is to highlight the importance of health studies today, in the era of information and communication technology.
