Author Biography

Carmen Echazarreta Soler, University of Girona

Carmen Echazarreta Soler, PhD from the University of Barcelona (2002). She is an associate professor at the University of Girona. He has held and holds several management positions. He teaches the Degree in Advertising and PR and the Degree in Video Game Development. Researcher in charge of the ARPA research group - Analysis of the Reception of Audiovisual Screens -. Her lines of research are: audiovisual and digital literacy; gender equality; stereotypes and discrimination; gender representation in media discourse; semiotics of the image; the implementation of humanist values in the company and institutions. She is the editor of the scientific magazine in Communication, Communication Papers www.communicationpapers.com, the main axes are Gender studies and audiovisual and digital literacy.
