Situation of ICT in the communication processes of Small Companies in Girona.

Abstract

The article discussed below is the result of analysis of ICT in five small in terms of staff size of the city of Girona and surrounding businesses. Its objective is to assess the state of ICT in small businesses, and determine what role in the communication of organizations. To do this they have used different research techniques, taking into account the following actors who can intervene in the other enterprise: managers, employees, shareholders, customers and suppliers. The result of the research is a basic X-ray of the situation of ICT in day to day business, and how they are used. Accordingly, and taking into account a number of theoretical bases, observation concludes with a set of measures to be considered, and that can be applied to improve performance and communication of the company with ICT.
